Dr. Andrea Mierzynski
Dr. Andrea Mierzynski completed her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Toronto in 1987. She graduated from the University of Waterloo with her Doctor of Optometry degree in 1991 and has been in private practice ever since. She is married with 3 children.
She has served on the Board of Directors for the Ontario Association of Optometrists and on the Advisory Council for TLC the Laser Centre. Fitting specialty contact lenses for the film industry has been a part of her busy schedule.
Dr. Mierzynski welcomed Dr. Kalyn Burroughs into the practice as an associate in 2003. Dr. Burroughs is accepting new patients as well as seeing Dr. Mierzynski's established patients.
Dr. Wendy Tam-Wai
Dr. Wendy Tam-Wai graduated from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago and did her undergraduate studies at the University of Western Ontario. She has been in practice since 1999 and a partner in this office since 2002.
In addition to regular patient exams, she has a special interest in pediatric and geriatric care. She is involved in the community as a member of the College of Optometrists of Ontario, ensuring the quality of eye health care is maintained in the province.
She recently married in September 2006. When not in the office she spends time with her husband golfing, mainly out of the water hazards and sand traps.
Dr. Marta Witer
Dr. Marta Witer received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Waterloo in 1979. She founded this practice in 1982 and is now working as an associate.

She also participates on many other school and fundraising committees, helping to organize school and community events, and raise funds for various causes.
Dr. Kalyn Burroughs
Dr. Kalyn Burroughs graduated from the University of Waterloo in 2003. She received the College of Optometrists of Ontario General Proficiency Medal, as the top graduating student in her class.
Her professional interests include contact lenses and pediatrics. She and her husband welcomed their first child in February 2007.
Through her work she has enjoyed meeting many people from the Bloor West neighborhood and surrounding areas, and she looks forward to meeting many more.
Dr. Michael Beach
Dr. Michael Beach is an alumnus of the University of Toronto, who earned his doctorate from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He has enjoyed the opportunity to provide eye care services to under-served populations from inner-city Philadelphia to rural Guatemala.
His professional interests include the investigation of new drug therapies and surgical options for vision correction. Dr. Beach and his wife are pleased to be back in the Bloor West village where they have lived off-and-on since 1998.
Dr. Lesley Ho
Dr. Lesley Ho graduated on the Dean's Honour List with an Honours Bachelor of Science and a Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Waterloo in 2008. She completed internships in Salt Lake City, Utah alongside a glaucoma specialist, and also at the Hong Kong Polytechnic School of Optometry.
She has received thorough training in ocular disease management, laser vision co-management and contact lens care. Dr. Ho is fluent in English and Cantonese and looks forward to welcoming new patients and hopes to serve the community with the highest standard of care.
